- Reviewed 2010 External Audit Report and approved the Balance Sheet and Profit – Loss Statement

- Resolved to designate the Governor from the Islamic Republic of Iran as the Chairman of the Board for one year.

- Decided to hold the 2012 Annual Board of Governors Meeting in the third week of June 2012, in İstanbul.
