The Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors of the ECO Bank was held on July 15, 2010 with the participation of the distinguished governors and the directors of the three member countries.

In the meeting, the Board of Governors discussed the recent activities of the Bank and exchanged their point of views about the latest developments in the financial markets as well as its repercussions to the ECO region.

In accordance with the Agenda of the Meeting, the Board of Governors reviewed the 2009 External Audit Report and approved the Balance Sheet and Profit – Loss Statement of 2009.

The Board designated the Governor for Pakistan, Mr. Yaseen Anwar as the Chairman of the Board for one year.
